Bad Seamanship. No safety line ,nothing! More waves and you become a distress!! Your boat drifts away when you right it and then you swim for a few hours or the Helicopter happens to see you. Think about your safety because you are alone! That's still a bit too big for you. Slowly,what if a fitting is defective ,do you have a Plan B ? What i have seen shows you are not experienced.
