MHW:I [PC] - 'The Place Where Winter Sleeps' (Arch-Tempered Velkhana) Gunlance

Gaze upon the magnanimous goddess whose scales warp incident light in such a manner as to reveal the kaleidoscope of fate, the one whose countenance heals the eye like the pure Kohl of Isfahan, the one whose fragrant scent clears the nose like the musk perfume markets of the Taklamakan, the effulgent pearl of peace on the firmament of generosity, the sceptre-wielding ruler of gelid tranquillity, the magnificent, the valiant, the graceful, Queen Velkhana. The sapphire hue of her wings reflects light like the pure waters of Lake Manasarovar, the blade of her tyranny-rending tail is annealed in rigid permafrost and the fiercely black gaze of her amethyst face slays her enraptured courtiers without excuse. Surrender yourself to she who is the eternally luminous Sun of dew.
Her scintillating visage is the iridescent reflection of the sparkle of the cosmos and a mere dewdrop of her saliva is the elixir of eternal life. She is the solemn seer ensconced on the empyrean throne, the ice-tressed diamond of vitality, the moon in the sky of gallantry and the star on the spire of Aristotelian wit. The secret of happiness is subservience to her talon of immanent valour which has conquered every biome from the forest to the sea, and the judgement of virtuous order is determined solely by the glistening spear-tip of her tail which is the axis of the revolving firmament of fickle fortune.
The glowing aura of transcendent perspicacity that festoons her divine tiara is the ambrosial panacea of the apogee of enlightenment. The camphor aroma of her breast is the zephyr of the perfume souks of Oman and the warm mauve sheen of her neck is quenched in the candle-wax of the burning worlds inhabited by her courtiers who are immolated in her perpetual love. Her wispy breath inscribes the covenant of servitude in my heart and the lissom cypress stride of her svelte form verily warps every element of nature blessed enough to be in her presence.
The piercing gaze of the deity veiled in glistening gossamer radiant robes of rime is the conduit of eternal bliss in this transient life. The flowers of the rose-garden of our souls wilt when the eternally luminous Sun of frost is far; but when she culminates overhead, they blossom into a mesmerising palette that intoxicates us 'til we reach the empyrean realm in hypnotic trance. Let us tear the rinds of our hearts to show our love for the goddess of frost.
The sable tip of her glacial heel is the dart of grief to my state of glee;
The silky embrace of her argent tress slays my evanescent urge to flee.
As her airborne silhouette of peregrine-speed grasps the zenith of the sky,
The galaxies drink the wine of dolour in drunken permanent ecstasy.
The mere aura of that fey quaint belle is strong enough to make the Sun quiver;
Fain I am to accept the unction of gelid dew bound by queenly decree.
Her onyx eye casts my body as an oblation to the maelstrom of fate;
My woe is joy in servitude enthralled by the sway of that Juniper tree.
If I kneel and prostrate my verglas forehead 'neath the hem of her icy dress,
Would she raise her spear to purge my soul thus breaking my shackles to set me free?
Submission to that coy enigma is the telos of this beautiful world,
Let us edify ourselves as courtiers - thus hums my faint soliloquy.
When Glider Mantle is equipped with Heroics, delay the combo slightly on each topple (i.e. do Poke x3 → Rising Slash → Slam → Sweep → WS instead of Rising Slash → Slam → Sweep → QR → Slam → Sweep → WS) to force the clagger as soon as she gets up so you can follow up with another WS with the Glider clagger combo.
I used no Palico because they're annoying; I did this run for fun and to show the English-speaking audience the power of Offensive Guard on Slaplance, but for full optimisation the use of a Palico with Fexty's Speedrun mode (legal for Freestyle runs) to guarantee the first Coral Orchestra attack buff would obviously be optimal.
