The city of Hannover is the Capital of the State of Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen), with only two other German States being farther away from Bavaria - but still, Gilde is serving Bavarian food? OK, given fact, it's delicious but so stereotypical American. Nonetheless, enjoy (and please bring some of these cool shirts to Hesse for a sweepstake amongst your subbies)!!!!!!

Southern German food and Northern German beer, what a mix. For such a culinary crime you’ll send to prison in Germany 😂😂

@@cobblestoneadventures1129 Ok, the Weißwurst is half religious: Only to be eaten until 11 am, and not north of the Donau (Danube). But the Obazda - well I hope it tasted better than it looked, because to my royal bavarian eyes it did not look like Obazda. Try this: Get a camembert cheese, some butter of the same size, one medium onion. Chop the onion in small to medium squares, then mash it together with the camembert, the butter and a huge portion of paprika-powder (spice, you get it easily, it's from bell pepper), somewhere between two teaspoons and one tablespoon. The result is somewhere between orange and red. And very tasty. Then eat it on a sourdough bread ( usual german bread - from a bakery, not from a supermarket) or with a pretzel. Btw. "Obazda" is just translated "mashed" sc. cheese.
Indeed I am very excited when you are going to try all kind of bread rolls from the next bakery 😀
