However, if you have a Middle Eastern man who hasn't fully assimilated to the hookup culture, he may be more likely to be serious about you.

As european citizen who moved to egypt I met a egyptian man 😁 here. He could not speak english in the beginning and my arabic was bad. We talked with google translate and now 1 year later we are happily married. He never touched me before that and we followed the islamic rules (was my wish). Best decision ever. I had to get used to that because I felt it was my responsibility, but I realized by letting him pay, it was a sign of respect and appreciation that I accepted it ❤. Wow i love the way you put everything into details this reminds me in 2015 i met a guy who i was serious about but to him was a short term thing (not arab man though) the guy used to play romeo but the main deal was to put me in bed 😂😂😂 but am glad i didnt fall for his trap when he realised i was a hard target he dumped n ghosted me alhamdulilah i thank God whatever it was didnt happen. Hi, I spoke about this in another video, I think it was in the "player test" video. Basically, when you pull back, you do communicate to the man what are your aspirations from the connection you both have, if he's serious, he will take what you say seriously, if he's not, he'll move on.

This is a beautiful video, however, I must disagree. Just like nothing in the world is completely black and white, my experience with a Persian man was not like this. We were cordial, went to dinner, and enjoy time together, and we slept together within the first month. He did not judge me, nor did I judge him. We are now married.❤

While Persians are different from Arabs, I consider your case to be the exception rather than the norm. The video's advice emphasizes safety measures that don't involve risking your chastity, emotional well-being, and purity. It's about finding out sooner, rather than later, whether a man is serious about you or not.
If you apply this approach, you will see no harm. However, if hypothetically, we consider your experience as a guide, there is more harm than good, and a significant amount of risk at stake. Physical connection should be something sacred and shouldn't be treated casually, like lighting up a cigarette.
Persians are ethnically way different from the (semitic-speaking part of) the Middle East. This Persian man is of a different culture than which Fuad speaks of in this video.

You do find many Christians who stay virgins until marriage, but you find many who don’t because we are human in the end. Our religion tells us that we should save ourselves for marriage and that’s what we grew up hearing and older generations especially are pretty serious about it. That is why if something happens we keep it to our selves. This does not mean that he’s bad or a player or something! Most Palestinian man are very respectful and husband material, I hope yours is one of them🥰

I am 158 and I met a 193 tall Arab guy and he invited me to a second date. I am a bit scared of his height.😱. I literally look up to him.
I became great friends with an Arab man. He travelled over to my country in Ireland to see me last year. We have kept a great friendship. He's probably not ready but respects you. I had an Egyptian friend too, I loved his eyes and would try to let him know I like but he kept quiet and I respected that. They are nice and decent and will tell you if they want anything like commitment with you, if they don't just see them as that good friend.

I dated an Egyptian man and he was lovely. He also respectfully kept quiet about his feelings when I would express mine for him. We ended up becoming friends, he was not in a place in his life to commit, at least to me, but he always treated me well, and was honest with me. I will always value the time we had together.
Be aware that according to our Islamic values, we cannot show admiration or express interest or desire to marry a woman if she has not yet officially ended her previous marriage, especially if your friend is religious.

I understand your concerns. I suggest you give yourself some time to understand the man's real character. If it is marriage, I think it would be good. Just make sure it is not merely a rush of blood and words coming out of excitement. You could ask him about his family's involvement in the marriage, whether they would know about it if it happens, and overall, see realistically if he is genuine about what he says he wants with you.
Ultimately, I don't suggest going to a foreign country to meet a man you have never met in person. If he comes to your country, it is better; this way, you won't feel pressured to do things you didn't plan to do. At the end of the day, everything will depend on you and what you are willing to allow. It is less likely for a man to play or use you if you require a certain amount of commitment from him. So, it will greatly depend on your motives and what you were looking for before you met him on this App.

Secret marriages aren't valid in Islam, and to be honest, that's a red flag. Both your family and his need to know. A proper marriage includes an announcement and witnesses. So, pay attention to that and avoid unnecessary mistakes.

Yeah, hospitality of strangers is a must in Arab culture, and from my experience, Palestinians are one of the best Arab nations. Can't tell if what he claims is true or not. However, if what you want out of this relationship is marriage/ serious relationship, then you better take things slow with him, especially if he is Arab.

Hey there, in the early stages of a relationship, there is usually heightened emotions and excitement which can influence the way someone expresses their feelings. So, it is possible that he means it, and it is possible as well that he likes you more than he loves you, love is subjective and means different things to everyone. So, it could be that the man got caught up in the excitement of a new relationship and said 'I love you' impulsively. What would you do differently if you knew he doesn't mean it? If you would maintain some tiny level of caution, then I don't think that there is harm in that.

You know, there's racism even among Arabs themselves. It's kind of sad, but it's there. And if you've traveled around, you'd see that racism exists in almost every corner of the world, just in different amounts. I can't say there's no racism in Muslim communities because there is. But Islam actually speaks out against it. Real Muslims get that there's no difference between someone who's white, brown, or black.
