Nancy is so comfortable with infidelity that she's not even phased.
Do keep in mind that she's had over a decade to get comfortable with being a cheating whore, so frankly that's not surprising.
it's more about how she's attractive enough that she's not really surprised by the possibility of other men having fantasies of her. It sure put her in an uncomfortable position, though.
Rolex yes it is Nancy was a cheating bitch for years but she wised up and genuinely loved dale by the end your all forgetting that episode where dale thought the world was ending and he told Nancy to do whatever she wanted before the world ends and instead of hanging out with John red corn she hung out with dale she absolutely loves him

Hank: Knows Redcorn cheats with Nancy, keeps it secret for years.
Redcorn: Knows Hank had a dirty dream he regretted, tells Dale (who's wife he's with) almost immediately.
That part about hank keeping such a thing secret hardly makes him a good person either.
Yeah, John Redcorn is on my top five characters that I dislike on this show.
@@zyxyx6754 The show explained that the reason Hank didn't tell Dale was because he didn't want to hurt him and because he felt like if anyone was going to then it should have been Nancy herself. It wasn't right, no, but he wasn't doing it because he was buddy-buddy with John Redcorn.
@@potatofairy8535 Didn't imply he was friends with Redcorn. But if you see your friend betrayed by someone they love dearly, expecting said betrayer to do anything but continue the betrayal is just willful ignorance... especially after they obviously weren't going to come forth.

@@zyxyx6754 I said in my comment I didn't think Hank was right, I was just pointing out he wasn't lying because he was more loyal to Redcorn than Dale.
However, considering how mentally unstable Dale is throughout the series just by minor things, it makes sense why Hank didn't say anything. But, again, this doesn't justify keeping this big of a secret from one of your best friends.

Knowing Hank, he was probably like “PEGGY PLEASE!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!”
But Peggy’s reaction was just “Oh hush Hank it’s just a dream, have some cheese.”
He told her that story in confidence and she just straight out gossiped it to Nancy. I don’t like it when people do that in real life.
I just realized dale watches anime and that is why he yells all his attacks before he does them.
Well, I think we just saw him attempt to kill Hank (and maybe Peggy? Doubt if he'd harm Nancy, though). Then again, I think everyone on this show is rather... nuts. Hank and Boomhauer seem to be the most sane out of the cast, IMO.
Bryan Smith if you listen closely you can still hear the gist of what he’s saying though.
It's easier hearing Boomhauer if you listen to him and him only (see a video of him talking.) Otherwise, your mind's stuck on slower speech and he pops up going all fast and dang ol boom, man.
It's funny that John Redcorn went to Dale first after Hank made him cry. lol
John Redcorn is a really good friend, he doesn't let Hank get away with thinking dirty thoughts about Dale's wife!

If Dale gets that mad at Hank for dreaming about Nancy naked, imagine how he would’ve felt if he found out about John and Nancy’s affair, as well as Joseph being John’s. 🤔
Y’all can hate on Peggy all you want, but I really feel her pain here. Yeah it’s something you gotta get over, but knowing her insecurities and the way they animated this scene I really feel for her.
@Lee John she’s often self centered but I think her character is more nuanced than people give her credit for. She clearly has insecurities about her looks and intelligence that she is constantly compensating for.
Yeah, but Peggy’s intelligence shows in this episode when she figures out why Hank had that dream about Nancy. Nancy brought up an innovative way to use propane.
Hank gets aroused by new ideas about using propane, especially when they are safe and efficient. At first Peggy was downtrodden and sad, then she decided to step up to recreate Hank’s dream with her instead of Nancy, then they went to a nudist colony and while Hank was setting up a grill, 2 women approached for help with grilling.
Hank had no problem with communicating with them when they got to the grilling subject and he had an extensive discussion about how to use propane, it was right after that Peggy realized why Hank had that dream about Nancy. Hank genuinely loves his job, and gets excited about different methods of using propane.
I still don't get the extreme hatred that people have for her.

The entire premise was very contrived. Redcorn would only be somewhat likely to tell Dale, and Hank would certainly never, ever tell Redcorn what happened.
We’re talking about Hank Hill, who thinks dreams count as cheating. Of course he’d do something stupid in that situation.
Well if we're talking versimilitude, most sitcom plots are contrived. It's hard to be realistic and interesting, I suppose.
John Redcorn is such a good friend for telling Dale.

I've heard that toasters specifically don't actually work. Charging phones, however, definitely do. Plenty of people take baths with their phones charging and one slip...
Outdoor electrical sockets usually have a ground fault circuit interrupt which would shut off the toaster pretty much as soon as it hits the water. If Dale plugged the toaster into a socket without a GFCI, then the breaker in the house would trip before it did significant damage to hank. It would still hurt like hell though, I wouldn't want to test these safety systems myself.

I'm not exactly onboard the "DALE KNEW" about Nancy/Redcorn fan theory, but i do find it funny that "Jon Redcorn told me EVERYTHING hes a true friend unlike YOU!" is actually an accurate swipe at Hank being a bad friend for knowing Nancy was cheating for years and never once saying anything, while when Jonn Redcorn told Dale immediately when something was "inappropriate". KotH is my favorite anime
Even with a Nancy mask on, Peggy still has those Sasquatch feet.
I'm just wondering how John Redcorn was so comfortable exposing Hank's dream and thought it'd never backfire on him.
I can understand FEELINGS being hurt from Hank having that dream, but at the end of the day. Its just a dream. Hank isn't a cheater. He loves and stays with Peggy. Unlike Nancy, who is/has cheated on Dale with John Redcorn...
My personal thoughts on why people are so liable to turn on Hank in situations like this, is because on some level, Hank's friends and loved ones can't fully _believe_ that Hank _is_ as straight-lace as he is. They think he _has_ to have _some_ sort of darker side, and Hank having a dream like this to them _must_ mean something like that, because why else would he have it? The _actual_ reason he had the dream, or that it was just no big deal, isn't as easy for them to swallow.
@@balanc-joy9187 I mean, it is sort of unnerving. Hank is perfect, too perfect. No one is that honorable or uptight without there being something wrong with them. But not Hank. Hank is just a truly good, if uptight, man.

Nancy certainly doesn't care. She correctly assumes most men imagine her naked.
So Dale tries to kill Hank-his best friend-for dreaming abt Nancy naked, yet ppl still believe the theory that Dale knew John Redcorn was sleeping with Nancy and just kept being friends with him??
Yeah, I swear some of these "theories" are believed by people who just happened to miss episodes like this that contradict it, so they just assume their idea is right because they only see _parts_ of the show's entire run.
That theory infuriates me to be honest. The ridiculous leaps and re-interpretations I've read get me mad, since they're just _so_ illogical.
@@balanc-joy9187 tbh I don't mind the theory itself too much, it just annoys me how many ppl treat the theory like it's actually true. And like u said, they ignore various parts of the show just to keep perpetuating it

It's weird seeing this in my recommendation I just watched this episode today.
Every line of this 53 seconds is comedy gold
The most unhinged part of this bit (as a comedy show) is Hank's opinion on cheese.
Dale is about to electrocute his best friend to death for a random dream, I'd love to see what he'd to to Redcorn. Maybe eaten alive by fire ants?
John is the worst character on the show. He's going to Hell for his immense lust. Despite "loving Nancy" he still cheated on her when Joseph was conceived.
Dale might be crazy, but he is still a romantic who supports his wife and wants her happy. Imagine how Dale would react if he found out the truth and his friends were hiding it
This is exactly why I hate John Redcorn, and I hate Nancy for cheating on Dale all these years and passing Joseph off as his son. Neither of these characters are likable.
I've long proposed that Dale should've slept with that female exterminator in that particular episode.
There's a minority who thinks Dale in fact knows. He is a bit ignorant and bonkers but he is not THAT stupid. He just ignores It because he likes his life, or maybe it's a defence mechanism. After years of ignoring it, he removed it from his mind. Of course these are just fan theories, it is a comedic cartoon after all.
The way I see it, hell is losing your son, like John Redcorn has. So close, and yet so far away.
Haha. Nancy doesn’t give a damn.
Or she's so used to being a cheating whore that it doesn't phase her.
