Hey Captain Jack Spearo, I have a question!
What tipe of robber do you use for your polespear?
I have a JBL Shaka polespear it’s 8ft long but the rubber it came with it doesn’t have enough power, so it doesn’t penetrate the way it should do.
Please let me know what tipe of rubber you use and how thick is it!
Ps: I live your videos, your the reason why I bought a polespear to do the same you do and learn from your videos!

Jack, when you started spearfishing, did you already have a very good breath hold or did that increase over time?
Increased over time. The more u dive the better it gets. Confidence and comfort is 🔑

Sick video brotha,I've noticed that even when I'm holding a selfie stick and point it to the fish they are not scared. it seems they have ability to feel when you want to shoot them or threaten them.thats my theory though!
That's the vibe I was getting. But also it might be the same if you have a spear. The difference is if ur patient with a spear you'll get shots like that as if you're holding a selfish stick

Lobster trick?
what happened to the amazing lobster trick?
The trick was using the heads and legs to chum up more fish. Cuberas especially love Lobster.

Hey Jack, I’m in a badddddd way ….. buddy had to have emergency quadruple bypass surgery last Tuesday and I’m still in the hospital with complications Bye for now.

PS Jack. My Italian mom used to boil lobsters in the pot of spaghetti sauce. The sauce picked up the lobster flavor. As kids we we took a claw or any part of the shell and licked the sauce off. The sauce on the spaghetti tasted great. We also had melted butter plates to dip in. Not sure if the southern lobsters taste the same as New England's though.

so let me get this straight. Where you are at you can spear a lobster but where I am at (California) you cannot but here you can spear a blue fin tuna but where you are at (near Florida) you cannot. Right?

This was a great video, i plan to go to the bahamas soon. I only been diving for lobsters once in florida, but not spearfishing. what spear sling would you recommend thats not super expensive but great for bringing on a trip? Thanks man!
