Do I think it’s a reflection of what happens every day in a normal secondary school? Yes, I do think that, because of hearing all the entertaining gossip and stories of drama/chaos my mum brings home quite regularly from her work as a Maths teacher. The difference is that only the drama and the extremes are shown to make the documentary more interesting to viewers. Some of the time, schools will have periods of calm and it’s all plain sailing, but that’s not particularly interesting to watch.
