    I even learnt you have to sprinkle the pepper after frying... I was thinking you have to fry the plantain with the pepper 😂 that would have come out bad. God saved me!

      No preservatives, and it can last even more than a month.
      Just make sure you fry it well, and then store it in an airtight container.

      Package when cold. Slice directly into the oil. But you need to be fast about it

      I don't live in Lagos and don't really have an idea of where you can find it in Lagos,
      You can search for the full picture on Google, take the picture to the market where they sell customised nylon, you might get it there. Buying it online might be expensive, if not, I would have suggested that. Hope this helps.

      @@oyewaletemilade3359 the one in the nylo is #500 and in the bottle is 3k, in the supermarket is #700 and #3500 respectfully. All of this depends on the environment where you live and the people you're targeting.

      You probably do not make a tin slice, also don't forget to store it in an air tight container and not when it is hot please.

      Hello. The price and the quantity depend on your area and the group of people you're supplying. My packaging for individuals and schools starts from hundred naira to two hundred, while supermarket packages are b/w five hundred naira to 2500 naira

      You'll use your hand to separate them when putting them into the pot or you grate your plantain directly into a hot oil.
