  • Phakchok Rinpoche introduces the first exercise from his series on building a strong foundation in life.     Using the analogy of a computer, Rinpoche explains how our mindset, when plagued by negative emotions, resembles a computer virus. To counter this, he suggests a simple practice: four minutes of daily alternate nostril breathing. Regardless of our differences in personality, age, or life experiences, this exercise can bring a sense of calm. By calming our minds, we gain clarity, sharpness, and enhanced creativity, empowering us to make positive life changes. Just four minutes a day can make a significant impact.
