There didn't seem to be a good place to listen to this album and it contains the vast majority of Yumi Kawamura's material throughout her career.

Lone Prayer mentioned?!!
damn this song is so good
LONE PLAYER MENTIONED PERSONA 1 EXIST?!! 🔥🔥🔥
esta version esta demasiado buena
I hear persona 1, 2, and 4 gonna also have remake treatment! I hope its true and p1 will be the first after p3r
I'm worried what they would do with the soundtrack, I don't think they should straight not use the PSP soundtrack since a lot of people are only familiar with that one, but the original soundtrack should be there 100% at least for me. My hope is that both the original battle theme and Lone Prayer play for the battle theme in a similar way to it's going down now and mass destruction
@@thirdeye440 Maybe... There will be dlc soundtrack? Sure it kinda bitter for enjoying soundtrack with you need pay some money again. But well, we know how capitalist atlus is...
@@alamtya9410 oh shit, I just realized... The Snow Queen Route will be dlc :|
@@thirdeye440 If i remember... It just side route right? Maybe not... I hope
@@alamtya9410 it's basically a whole game alongside the main game, maybe Atlus would consider it too much work
Damn
What is the difference with the original Lone Prayer?
With Lone Prayer specifically it's kinda hard to tell the differences but Yumi's vocals were re-eq'd as well as the rest of the mix being adjusted to sound more like band playing together rather than a soundtrack.
I recommend comparing this album's versions of the Persona 1 tracks with the ones from the official soundtrack to hear the differences. Especially Bloody Destiny and Dream of Butterfly.
@@YumitamaSings oh, I see, thanks for an explanation. So I guess it's more of a remaster then
People see remix and just think that something is supposed to be wildly different from the original huh@CHgameschanel
@@Zippyd00da132 i expected it to be at least a bit different from the original. This is just a remaster
@@CHgameschanel *It is* a little bit different than the original. That's why it's called a remix. It is literally a different mix of sound from the original.
Seems more like a remaster than a remix really as there's basically no difference with the original.
no shit, mixing was remade. this is literally a REmixed version.
I'm so pissed this wasn't in reload why would it be on both versions of Persona 5 but not on reload
Got the Atlus music feel to it. Persona?
Yup. Persona 1 psp remaster had its own battle theme, although your not going to hear much of it due to how easy and brain dead the battles become in that version.
And also hear too much of it due to the encounter rate.
@@jouheikisaragi6075 yes, the beginning of it. I meant the complete song.
@@Zero_Tester it is though. Persona 1 had a psp remaster and this is its battle theme.
@@pixel6894 thanks,no wonder i didn't remembered this one since i only played the og version very longtime ago
Lived in buried memory
With fear-ridden self-consciousness
I'm just a lone prayer
Keep running on the cold track
The hate crazed thoughts just don't stop
As if a dream awake from the dark
The world deletes all I said to you
Overwrite this pain tearing me apart
融けでいく
Frozen mind, ray of light
Ready for a trip to nowhere
Overwrite this pain tearing me apart
安らいだ
My last pray with no aim
My last, let me feel alive
Libd with balling memliz
With sphere of self-consciousness
I'm just a lone player
Why does this version sound slightly different?
I'm going to add something like this to the descriptions to hopefully clear things up for people that are just now hearing these versions.
These are remixes as opposed remasters because composers/producers would sometimes opt out of mastering tracks because they would be compressing them into mp3's anyways and the intended listening experience used to be mono audio coming from a CRT TV or in this case a PSP with tiny speakers. In a nutshell, the mastering process is primarily fine tuning the equalization and compression of the overall mix so they'd essentially just let the file compression do that. Not really due to laziness, but to help reduce the final filesize of the game.
Typically video game tracks are only mastered if they're going out for a CD or vinyl release and in the case with these Persona 1 songs they most likely went back through the original mixes and retouched them for this specific release instead of using the tracks from the official Persona 1 soundtrack CD.
Hope this helps. It kind of sounds semantical and overly technical, but mixing and mastering are technically, albeit slightly different processes.
Does anybody have any clue why she didn't return for P3R?
Hope she's doing well.
If i am not mistaken she is too old, some people say that lastest of her live performance She badly could Sing.
She probably would've been able to record the soundtrack, but wouldn't be able to perform them live and I'm sure the performers for those soundtracks are under some kind of legal obligation to perform them live. She still does songs for video games and does vocal training as her current occupation
Impossible
