Usually it happens because the tip is clogged. There is a pin that comes in the instructions you can use. I have a video on that czcams.com/video/QJPMhIW5Gxs/video.html

The nozzle...you did not explain which way is fan spray and which way is pin spray. The manual did not say that either. In practical use, it is hard to figure out which way is which as the screw is so flimsy that if you apply harder force it falls off.

Piece of junk!!! Sprayer kept locking didn't spray worth a crap won't build pressure and the sprayer broke the first time I used it!!!! Waste of money!!!!

You probably got a defected, empty it out and return it. Mine still works very well, I'm a pest control guy use it every day.

@@toolhead147 Exactly, that's the great thing about Harbor Freight. They take anything back, within 90 days of purchase. With a receipt of course. And even then if you lose your receipt, finagle the manager. Lol.

Not worth the money. Mine broke first time. No pressure an fluid comes out of side nozzle.
