First great actin by Lucy and Dominic second, I know Chas is hurting but she's acting unfairly towards Paddy. Does she not know that people grieve differently? Just because Paddy can't express his grief doesn't mean he's not feeling it. She has an experience in this with Aaron his way of coping was/is self harm, Paddy's is denial: normal different ways to grieve but neither is the wrong way. But I guess the anger and grief don't let her see things clearly and right now she needs someone to support her, Paddy isn't doing that because he keeps running away from his grief so they blow up. If only they would have talked to one another *sigh.

Good points but when you're grieving you don't care about anyone else. I've been through it

“I hate you getting on with life!” Well, that’s what you’ve got to do. You’ve got to move on . That’s obviously what paddy is doing. He realizes that Grace is gone, he’s been grieving, he knows she can’t come back and now knows it’s time to move on. Chas, you can’t grieve forever. You’ve got to accept that god has called her back and move on. My nan has died a few weeks ago and me and my parents are fine. We’ve accepted god has called her back , grieved and moved on and that’s what you should be doing.
    If you agree

But you do grieve forever. Your Grandmother’s passing was natural, it’s what happens with age, making it much easier to accept. She’d lived a full life and it’s wonderful that you’re at a place where you can just accept it for what it is and call upon all of your fond memories while continuing with your life. The death of child is the opposite, ,it’s completely unnatural hence why you feel completely cheated. It’s impossible to ever overcome all of the emotion that becomes you burying a child. A child bury a parent, that’s the natural path of life. When your child dies it’s absolutely true that a part of you dies forever. Life is never the same again and neither are you as a person. It tears relationships apart because you’re consumed with grief. You say a hundred things you don’t mean because the world is just a fog, particularly in the early days and weeks. One day you’re close to one another the next miles apart yet you have no control over it what so ever. To leave a comment of this nature it’s apparent thankfully you have no idea what this feels like and I hope you never do. At a time like this you couldn’t feel further removed from God, the so called creator of life. Some people never regain their relationship with god.
