1)Don't do any change implementation for 2 or 3 week just observe and try to understand, connect the team members.
2)Do prepare logs for all impediments and anti scrum elements in team.
3)Try to observe and analyse the process or product end to end flow so that you can have idea what's going on.
4)All team members should belive in you (scrum master) that there is one person who is there to help when they are stuck.
