Even with the world's first cinema depiction of gays people being thrown from rooftops. The rape scenes at the festival with all the cutting off of genitalia may be a bit much though.

Warheitgere… I don’t want to diminish the suffering of any people (and I loathe cowboy movies that do) but this movie commemorates the largest instance of industrialised, mechanised mass murder in history. There was nothing of this scale and efficiency before. That is why it’s commemorated.

I'm sorry but the acting is terrible, the Jews not likeable one bit, selfish and they just help the other Jew because it is in their interest, and who on earth gets pregnant in that situation.
The actress have cero range of emotions or depth. Even the German officer which usually is a really good actor is atrocious in this movie.
Don't recommend this movie at all.
