I was 14 in 97, it wasn't all perfect but films, TV, music, video games, commercials (obviously), the news (toe sucking bandit) and people in general were just so much better back then.

I was 8 years old at the time when I saw all those commercials and movies in theaters ahh yes the good old days.

11:03 Charlie Van Dyke on the voice-over for Cleveland's Q104. And good to hear Blues Traveler's "Run-Around."
2:43 Sprite spoofs the vivid colors and goofy tropical party atmosphere of 90s commercials.
5:08 Judd Hambrick: "A local woman is attacked in a parking lot by a toe-sucking bandit." What?!

1999 was able to skip these pesky mind altering commercials, 2020 watching them all back to back.

4:15 - A move to a lower-rated night caused a steadily drop in ratings for The Single Guy, but the Producers found a way to end the series with Johnny getting married in Las Vegas (The Vegas Finale) thus ending his single status.
