Thank you I'm in the setup utility on a gateway any 5641u. Yes it's an oldie but a goodie. When I start the computer it says no bootable device. And it looks like the network boot is disabled. I appreciate your video it allowed me to get into utility setup.😊

Hello, I have an issue with my Desktop Dell home computer, Alienware, Windows 7, and I was searching online and came across your channel and found it very helpful, thank you for the information you provide. The issue that I'm having is, that I want to restore my computer to factory settings and it's been going on for about 48 hours at this time and has not changed, it still shows reinstalling your selected system back up, with the little circle still going around. (Where it says progress completion is not even showing the percentage % sign)
Thanking you in advance for any help you can give me, Luis

If the reset has failed, you may need to do a new install. Can you restart the computer and run the diagnostic test as seen here?
