1 Whole Garlic (cloves)
6 Green Chillies
1/2 Cup Mustard Oil
Whole Spices
4 Blak Cardamom
1 Cinnamon Stick
6 Dried Red Chillies (teja / Mathania)
1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns
7 - 8 Cloves
3 bay Leafs
4 Green Cardamom
1 Staranise
1 tsp Shahi Jeera
4 Whole Garlic (Sabut)
2 tsp Salt (or as per Taste)
1 tsp Spicy red Chillies
1.5 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Jeera Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
2 Tomatoes (hybrid)
6 Almonds
6 Cashews
6 rasins
Some Crushed Raw Dried Fruits
2 Cups Hot Water
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Dried Ginger Powder (Sonth)
Pinch Nutmeg(Jayphal)
Pinch Mace (javitri)

As a Rajasthani i can confirm yes Rajasthani khana sach me bohot spicy hota hai
I m from Rajasthan it is no need to add kaju and baadam. It makes more fancy only. In our traditional way slow cooking and mirchi is core ingredients.
bhai rajasthan toh garam jaga hai ... (i guess) toh fir khane to thanda hona chahiye na !!! like i am from northeast, here temperature is less than other parts of india, we eat more spicy ... but Rajasthan is hot .. isnt it !!!
