2 children shot on Wolverhampton playground after stolen car chase

- This a breaking news story with exclusive footage from Scarcity.
Police are investigating after emergency services were called to Bushbury in Wolverhampton just after 3pm yesterday afternoon (Monday) where shots were fired in Shelley Road.
Ambulance colleagues attended to a 15-year-old boy who has a gunshot to his leg.
An 11-year-old girl was in parkland off Shelley Road and also has a gunshot wound to her leg. Both were taken to hospital in a stable condition where they remain today (Tuesday).
locals have provided video of man being taken into a ambulance and the child is believed to have been taken by air Ambulance.
Police were doing fingertip searches of the park.
A large cordon is in place at the scene on Shelly road.

The problem is, there are no punishments in this country. We have overpaid incompetents in parliament, who make lovely speeches, but don,t do much else. We need to strip the prisons right down: remove kitchens and equipment, gyms, visiting areas etc. All cells should contain a toilet and a jug of water, and NOTHING else. They sleep on the floor with no heating or bedding, and are fed one meal of cold pig slop a day. While serving their sentence: they do not see or speak to their family, irrespective of how long that sentence is. Serious criminals, and those involved with the drug trade in any capacity because of greed etc: would be hanged medieval style with no drop. All police officers would be armed, and criminals caught in the act: would be opened fired on, if it was safe for nearby people to do so. No mercy should be shown to undisciplined trash, seduced by money: and 90% of the current prison population would be executed on live TV as a warning to other greedy wanabees. The other 10% would be housed in the most dreadful conditions in prison, as previously mentioned. We need a zero tolerance to ALL crime and bad behaviour, and not just accept it. Children should be taught in schools about crimes and punishments, and what happens, if they turn to a life of crime. We also need to cut up the vast financial cake, that this country has, more fairly. At the moment, MPs, the Royals, the establishment and other so called very important people etc: gorge on huge slices, wheras we have those at the bottom, and people like NHS workers etc, who are fed BS and crumbs, when they want a pay rise. A vast amount is wasted by the incompetents in charge: at the moment we have £8+ million a day wasted in hotel fees for seemingly ANYONE who turns up in the channel. Vast amounts given to countrys who do not need it: meanwhile, we have the streets of most towns and citys awash with homeless people. All MPs should take an IMMEDIATE salary drop of: 75%, untill they sort out this countrys problems. There also needs to be an independent body, that oversees, EXACTLY what these politicians are doing to earn their vast unearned salarys, and they would be paid by results, no results: then its the minimum wage, untill they actually achieve something. This country is in a mess, not by chance: but by the decisions, and policys of the incompetents in parliament, and its time this BS came to an end, and issues started to be resolved. Greed is rife, right through society: and even those in Parliament are seduced by more lining in their pockets.....as we saw recently with two MPs caught in a sting: offering their "expertise" for £10,000 a day: if that is a snapshot of the calibre of people we have in Parliament, then you can see why we are in a mess in this country.
