Karen & James Update on the Good, Bad & Ugly of the Past Couple Weeks

Gah! I am so sorry it has been a couple weeks since our last video. We have a LOT of videos planned to talk about alters, coping, perceptions of DID, etc, but life has been challenging as of late. Navigating those issues and hurdles has left little time for anything other than taking care of needs and getting through the day.
