- Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly selling their multi-million dollar Beverly Hills, Calif. home, according to multiple reports. The pair bought the home for just over $60 million, according to TMZ and have shared it since 2023. Now People and TMZ report that they quietly trying to sell it. Access Hollywood has reached out to reps for JLo and Ben for comment. The latest development comes amid continued speculation about their marriage. A source told Access in May that they had been living apart. They also weren’t photographed together for weeks but have recently reunited for family events like the high school graduation party for Ben’s oldest child Violet.
