Love this template, I can't wait to make some cards using this sketch! For anyone looking for a way to score the card base without the score buddy, I use a bone folder and my paper trimmer and it works just the same :)

Fiskar cutters have a scoring blade. In fact, I think most portable cutters do.
I love, love, love the paper because I love purple and yellow together.
I normally wouldn't have thought to use them together, but after seeing this paper I love the combo too :) Thanks for watching!

Another winner, Alicia. I don't usually gravitate toward the color purple, but it sure works with the yellow. You always choose the perfect colors & papers for your cards. Is it usually an instantaneous match in your head or does it take lots of experimenting? Thanks for always stepping up for us.
Lucy, I usually let the paper pad / collection do the work for me. Since the papers are made to go together it makes them much easier to pair up. I rarely use papers from different lines on a single card. :) thanks for watching

LOL This particular sheetload came a month too late! I had an order for birthday cards, and this sketch would have been perfect for it.. however, I have already completed the order. I will definitely be doing a sheetload or two of this sketch this month :)

Spring has sprung in these cards💐again I learned something new, how to use the cut out as a template to stamp on the color! I don’t know why I couldn’t figure that out when I die cut my sentiment on a card I just made 🤷♀️

This month's SLOC is a triple whammy - funfold, mini slimline and uses 6x6 pattern paper. I'm going to make some this weekend. Your cards are beautiful. PS I made my first set of 6x6 clear cards for twins who turned 50 today. They were a huge hit with the twins and their guests. Thanks for being the inspiration to the clear card concept. Keep well. I’ve never created a slimline. For your mini slimline, did you use the regular slimline envelope? Your cards are stunning!
Maria - I hope you will give mini slimline a try :) For my envelopes I just use the ones you can find in any big box store. I think they are #6. I got mine at the Dollar Tree. :) thanks for watching

Hello fellow Nebraskan! :) Glad you like the new layout. My pressure tool is one my sister made for me. It is a painted wood finial with felt on the bottom. I love the way the large sphere on the top fits in my hand.
@@CallMeCraftyAl ha! I went to Lowes a few months ago looking for a finial (didn't know what to call it) and when I explained to some guy who worked there what I wanted to make he looked at me like I was crazy. This is super helpful!

What size envelopes fit these mini slimline cards
They are a standard size you can find at big box or office supply stores. I get mine from the dollar tree. Here is what I get: www.dollartree.com/mead-no-675-white-envelopes-40ct/192699 you can also buy ‘fancier’ ones at many of the online papercrafting sites.
