- Oh, how we've dreamed of this day - we are finally planting the main bones of the landscape surrounding the patio with tea olives and 'Incrediball' hydrangeas! Join us for a day of trenching, installing irrigation, planting shrubs, and fixing broken drain pipes. It's always an adventure around here, but the result is so satisfying to see!

No disrespect meant Ms. Jenny, but Mr. Jerry is a fantastic commercial for those Carhart pants. He wears them well!!
😂
Lol he has a great Highney!!! Ha ha
Oh Lord! 😊 Bless...😅
Jenny 💕Jerry
You wear me out just sitting on my bed watching you this morning!!! I think I need a nap!!😝😉🥰
Nothing better than sitting down with a cup of coffee and watching gardening with Creekside. Have a fabulous day! 😊
Looks wonderful!!! I so enjoy seeing your family work together. Surely this must be a saying, "A family that works together, stays together." :)
I love how the kids were sitting off to the side watching mom and dad. Your daughter is such a cutie and she is a spit’n image of her mama. I wish I lived near Creekside, I would be there scooping up all those wonderful plants.
I noticed how much she looks like Jenny also. So cute.
I recognized that moment when Jerry was elbow deep working on repairing the French drain. I’ve had that moment many times with my husband, I just let him be & he’ll let me know if he needs any help. Jenny, y’all make the best team!
Exactly my friend!!!
I love that you’re real. Problems then fixing them. It will be so pretty
-Absolutely stunning! I feel exhausted watching you and Jerry working as hard as you do in that brutal heat and humidity, and yet mentally , you both manage to keep your ‘cool’ with the challenges you come across! 😅 🇨🇦
I grew up on a little country farm in Lawrenceville Illinois. I had the privilege of being around families as yours. Team work is everything. What a beautiful place you have Jennie and thank you for welcoming me and my daughter ❤💕
Jenny and Jerry are rock stars!!! The patio and surroundings look so inviting. Loving it and I know you will enjoy with your family for many years. 😍
It’s gonna be beautiful! I have a tea olive that has survived all our crazy weather for 18 years.
I was just thinking yesterday that I really like your "working" videos. So happy to see this one this morning. Your family is not afraid of work! Thanks for sharing with us! And since seeing you plant in clay like we have I've been planting letting the plants raised a little above the ground. They seem to be loving it! When I bought some plants from the local nursery they wanted to sell peat moss to use in amending the soil. Nope. Don't need it! Thanks for what you do!
I have heard people say use peat moss and I have never understood that. Peat hold onto water so why would you want to add it? It’s always made me scratch my head.
Love how you and husband and family love gardening and work hard to get things done.
Thanks for teaching all about gardening in NC.
I love it.
Thanks again.
Wow. Beautiful. If only this 74 years old had all that equipment. Oh what I would accomplish.
It's coming together beautifully! The blessing of machinery! Beats my wheelbarrow any day. haha
Wow it looks great! Funny that you were going to wrap it up and then worked 2 more hours.😂 what a terrific job you all are doing! Thanks for showing us all your hard work.
Your landscaping looks better and better with each video. As you create the layers of your space patio hard scrape, irrigation, your “structural” plants, then your other layers of annuals, etc. It is terrific to watch your vision emerge. Thank goodness, Jerry is a resourceful guy who can handle unexpected problems.
I love the way you and Jerry work together as a team😊so wonderful to see your projects😀
Wow, from red clay to gorgeous site in a day! Thank you for taking us along with you for each phase of this beautiful transformation! Y’all have a blessed day. 🤗
Oh my. It’s so gorgeous. Looking forward to the fountain. Love ya creekside🦋💕
He is a man of few words but I bet he can cut his eyes when needed. He also measures like I do even though I know he is more precise. This is so much fun to watch❤
Hey, Linda here from Grant's Farm in Southern Oklahoma nothing more satisfying than seeing a man work with his family in the yard. I love your working videos.
Love your vision and seeing the progress as well as the process. I appreciate that you are doing this around your other work load. This is reality for many of us gardeners. Y’all are an awesome team.
I appreciate that!
Every time I watch you I learn something new. I so appreciate everything you do!!
Wow, thank you!
Jenny lady , you and Jerry are a wonderful team. This area is coming along wonderfully. I love all the info and seeing new gardens come to life. Thank you 😊☺️❤️
Thank you so much 💗
Awesome to see all your hardwork Jerry helping your wife to see hwr dream come with many years of happiness in the house gardwns and garden business..
We finally got some wonderful rain yesterday, oh what a beautiful day in Leesville,South Carolina! Can’t wait to see your yard being planted! Happy Gardening everyone! 🌸🌼🌺
Jenny, what a great project this is turning out to be. It was great to see the kids get involved and to see what a difference the right tools make in a project of this scale. I will be excited to see it grow and fill in over the next few years. Blessings on your family and business.
You always give me joy with your happy nature and beautiful plants and flowers❤
I always love seeing what you do! Can't wait to see the fountain up and running.
You and me both!
Jenny and Jerry, I watched half of this video, then I started feeling extremely lazy, just watching the two of you work, so I turned off my computer and went outside to get something accomplished. I decided if you could work in the heat, then so could I (it's 97⁰ F here now). I hauled my lazy butt outside and got busy working! You two are definitely motivational workers, and I'm proof positive! 💪
I love how your patio area is coming together, it's absolutely beautiful! Please give us an overhead view (drone footage, please) of the patio area so we can see all of your progress. ~Margie
Miss Margie I love you❣️
@@GardeningwithCreekside Jenny and Jerry, I love you guys too!
I'm exhausted, but encouraged.
Thank you for clarifying the amending of soil when planting. I always felt that my trees and shrubs needed to establish in our native soil. I also garden in clay. I have found much better success planting the root ball a bit higher. Very informative video.
Can t wait for that fountain. After a day like yours I need to sleep for a week.
This area is going to be glorious! I can’t wait to see your complete vision come to life.
Yes, I can see it as you have imagined it! SO beautiful! WHAT a day!!!
Thank you❣️
Good morning. So excited for you. Nothing like seeing what you’ve been working toward come together
You are a hard working family.
I admire how well you all work together.
God bless you today and always
Thank you so much!
I love the space and garden that y’all have. This new addition takes the cake. It’s beautiful.
I just love this channel. One day I’m going to shop at your garden center.
Loving to see how the new garden is coming together.
What a transformation! It's looking so beautiful.
The magic of television, had a good laugh at that...your are one hard working couple. OMG, gonna be sore just watching you knock that out. Add the NC heat to it, I would melt. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to your next video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
You are two of the hardest working people I know! Love watching it come together, and can’t wIt to see the final!
Thank you so much!
Love these long videos and I love how we’ve shared this journey with you for many years to come
🪴🌺🪴
I love around the 24’ mark where you ask him if there’s anything you want to add and keep right on talking. That’s classic!! 🤣🥰
😁😁😁
Giggle…giggle! -Jennifer
It's going to be beautiful! Y'all need a pool, though.
It’s already beautiful but it is going to be glorious when you get it all planted. Thank goodness for those machines. We dig in hard red clay also.
I am an avid gardener ,flower lover , shrub planter. But my whole world changed when I watched you take a hole one day to plant a shrub......#Gamechanger #techniquematters 🌻🌻 thanks 🤩
Oh it is gorgeous already. I am so excited to watch and see what else you put in the space.
Everything is looking amazing! I love it.
You are such hard workers but rest assured your efforts are much appreciated by your viewers. Beautiful spot that will be fun to watch mature.
Great video from your favorite nephew
I'd love to see the inside of your home. Must be as gorgeous as the gardens are.
Wow, Jenny and Jerry. You are an amazing team! You both have so much talent. Great job. Your yard and backyard is spectacular!!!
I don’t know how you’re wearing long sleeves as HOT as it was! I’d have melted! And I’m glad Mr Jerry got a reprieve from the heat by playing in the French drain - aren’t y’all glad it wasn’t a spray from a main line! It’s just all so fabulous Jenny! And it’s going to be even more fantastic as you add more plants. And looks like David Austin will have another banner year from folks like us who just can’t get enough of their roses!! I’m looking forward to continuing to watch your space off the patio grow, bloom & thrive!!! ❤️
Sun protection!! I used to ask my grandma why she always threw on a long sleeved oversized shirt before we headed out to pick veggies from the garden. She said it was easier than sunscreen 🥰
My husband would be cursing at this point! 🤣
Beautiful!,
Oh wow those Tea Olives will be so wonderfully aromatic.
i love Jerry that is me for sure LMAO, love Y'allll have a bless one
I love your selection of bones! 💛💛 Thank you for taking us along.

I NEED that bobcat w. the auger!
it's coming along , and will be so beautiful when it's all done...I can just see something airy and whispy around the base of the fountain....looking forward to more videos
Definitely the silverberry!
Already so lovely!!! Thanks for the planting tips. I’m in 7b GA and planted 2 PW Little Lime Hydrangeas last week. I planted high, got that right. But Oops....replaced the red clay with a mix of compost/outdoor potting mix/soil conditioner. The clay was so bad! We fertilized with biotone and rose tone. I sure hope they thrive.
How beautifully the place is coming up ....loved it
Great job, it’s looking amazing 🤩. Now take a breather guys ♥️
Wow this will so amazing when all done!! Can’t wait to see this grow!!
Oh my goodness.....just stunning. Wow, wow, wow!
Love watching this project come together ❤️
A lot of hard work and wonderful teamwork.
Love watching your videos and watching your patio area develop. Can’t wait to see the outcome.

Good morning creekside! 🌞
Hello there!
Great job to you and Jerry it all looks beautiful, love what you did with the space❤🌼🌻
I can not wait to see the fountain. I love what you guys have done!
I sure hope Jerry likes this kind of manual labor, cause he is sure doing it!
Looks amazing! It takes so much money and time. Perks of being a nursery owner! Congratulations 🍾 toast to you on that great patio!
Very true! I started with a clean slate on a new construction build. I purchased smaller size shrubs and trees to save $ and I also buy alot of clearance plants that need a little TLC which also saves alot of $. I also buy from local garden clubs and usually those plants are not pricey for larger size plants
Beautiful. 🌸🌺
Great video. Love seeing the process. It’s beautiful 😀🌷🌿
New to southern gardening. I was zone 5 and now zone 7 in TN. Made some mistakes early on but getting much better as I learn what I can plant here. Our tea olive is thriving now that I have it moved to full sun.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge!😁😁
My pleasure!
It’s going to be beautiful!👍❤️
Love these type of videos!!❤️. Thanks for sharing, it’s beautiful already!!
You guys are doing some awesome work! 😍
Thank you so much 😀
👍 watching from Ohio
Hello!!!
Great team work! Love your channel.
Much appreciated!
I love your CZcams channel. Always excellent!
Thank you very much!
I'm lovin' those Tea Olives.
I love that the daughter offered the lavender to us. I'm buying lavender now. I need that fragrance in my garden.
Isn’t it just a fantastic smell??? 💜💜💜
I didn't think it was possible to under-water lavender. I'd always heard they like it dry.
The Spanish lavender I planted next to the driveway looked wilted. We're having extreme, record-breaking heat and no rain here in Minnesota.
I do not want to see my water bill.
