First things to do: remove one link of each track, remove masking tape from the front lights ;) I also removed the smoker in mine (it didn't work anyway) and installed a larger speaker.
@@Karzir1 google for "Heng Long Speaker Box" (can't put links on youtube) I cut about 1/3 of it,. For track pins probably Heng Long pin would fit (after cuting)

I wanted to install 1 additional spotlight actually and toggle by controller.
What replacement speaker did you use (link?) Any idea where to get a replacement metal pin for the trucks?

I wast one to chase Squirrels around my ground bird feeders.
Mine stopped working after a couple of uses and will not go forward. It only turns left and right and goes in reverse!
sorry to hear that. perhaps a dry solder joint or loose connection. Its still a hobby kit. So maybe has to open up the chasis to explore.
