    Hi dude. Great vid. I have the same bike but the ecu i brought doesnt allow the bike to start. Any idea why as when my mate used his bikes ecu on it the bike started straight away. And when i plug my ecu back it no start again.

    Hi, I know it's been a while since this got uploaded, but would you be able to point out where the indicatior relay is located on the bike? Fixing up a cbf125 and can't seem to find it. Wondering if I'm missing a part of the wiring loom. Thanks!

      Hi there, I believe it's behind the left side front fairing between the tank and headlight.

    I’ve got a Honda CB125F 2019 I turn the key and there’s nothing no noise and bike won’t start, if I disconnect the ignition and bump start it the bikes rides but if I don’t keep the revs up it dies again, I’ve charged the battery, checked the fuses all seems fine but bike won’t start on key, any ideas?

      Hi there
      First thing to check would be the fuses , I believe they are located behind the left hand side panel, unsure if both issues are related to the same fault

      Hi, first thing to do for headlight problem would be check fuses behind left hand side cover below seat, Next charge your battery and start bike (you will need a volt meter) connect meter to battery, it should read 13.5 to 14.5 volts while running, if not you have a charge system problem which is why your battery dies after or during riding.

      @@matrixmotorepairs6460 thanks I'll try that but to be honest it used to start first time every time I've replaced the indicators with led ones and put appropriate resistors on too they work fine the original headlight is gone and got a generic on now as fairings are missing and old light was fubar the clocks also seem to work when they like too now I should have said bike was stolen recovered

      @@leonandrews1096 if it's not a charge issue you may have a short in a bulb, seen that before also

    could this cause my battery to keep dying when left overnight?

    • @matrixmotorepairs6460
      @matrixmotorepairs6460  Pƙed rokem +1

      The part seen there is the regulator they can go bad and cause a drain but is less common, other things such as alarms, accessories, grips or chargers can also be problematic, or potentially your battery just won't hold a charge for long

      @@matrixmotorepairs6460 oh ok only reason I ask is because it’s a new battery and I have no accessories or anything thing like that and I have an alarm that I charge up from in the house

    • @matrixmotorepairs6460
      @matrixmotorepairs6460  Pƙed rokem +1

      If you have access to a voltmeter check charge output to make sure it's good, should have 13.5 to 15 volts with engine running, it maybe that it's not charging enough whilst using during the day!
