There are many good BM bands in many countries, but man nordic countries own this genre, absolute masters!

I love this, it has a cool mix of old-school Second Wave BM vibes (Emperor, early Satyricon/Wongraven) combined with the best of what newer atmospheric black metal can bring.

I love it when you get a great feeling from the cover art and then the music inside is even better then you hoped for. Insane that there is still another album to come out tomorrow. Not sure I've ever had two albums by the same entity on my end of year list. Hail BMP.
