There's no Wiki info on Abandoned Pools. I think this is because Abandoned Pools is Tommy Walter himself and the members that appear on his music videos are either studio sessionist or hired musicians for his live shows. Though there is info about Tommy Walter on a Wiki page.**
**Thomas Edward Walter (born October 30, 1970) is an American musician, best known for his alternative rock band Abandoned Pools and as the former bassist and one of the founding members of Eels.
Abandoned Pools was one of my favorite bands that came out in the early 2000s. But I never knew Tommy Walter was a former founding member and bassist of another band that I like which was the Eels. I'd love to talk about the Eels but I'll save that for when I cover them in the future. The Humanistic album was such a great album that every song on it was worth listening to. He has other releases under his Abandoned Pools band guise and they are all fantastic but I always seem to go back to Humanistic cause I think it is one of the best that came out during that period in the early naughties (2000s). Their most known or popular song was the 'Remedy' also from Humanistic but the one that was a little less dark and upbeat 'Mercy Kiss' is the one I decided to cover due to it being much more lively and having a brighter sound.
