I always hear that it’s bad to file back and fourth on the natural nail with a file

It all depends on the grit hun u can use a sanding band or a file or a buffer but if u use a file make sure its a low grit most people say as long as its a 180 or higher but me personally i will only use a 240 but thats my preference, iv been a nail tech since 2005 and thats just how i was taught and its always worked for me snd my clients...😊❤😮 Hope that helps hun?😊
