Hi Jack, photo of the beneficiary requires upon submission of I-130 and maybe it can be the reason for rejection or returning the documents without photo. I suggest you to send your son to photo studio with his parent/guardian and send to you the copy via email with high resolution then you can print it out from your side.
We are gettimg married in March this years then we intend to file the CR 1. But am a single mum & i want us to come at the same time with my daughter. So how do file for my daughter?
Hello, its our preferences to do it by mail for safe side. Just incase there will be a data shutdown from the system. However they said it will be more faster if you file through online.

Miss ah pwede ba mag petition nang unmarried son kahit wala po akong work dito pero may asawa na ako an american citizen and his a pentioner .and he received his disability.ako kasi ang nag alaga sa hubby ko pero green card holder na ako.gusto ko sana maka punta dito sa us para din naman maka tulong sa rentals namin sa apartment if maka work na cya dito.yun lang ang tanong ko. sa financial evidence na po ang tax. pwede naman gamitin sa hubby mo yung tax documents ninyo as long as nameet sa requirement, pwede ri kayo patulong ng sponsor ng financial evidence

No need to open an another account, you may used your initial uscis account for filing a petition for your kid.
Hi. An attorney told me I don't need a passport photo of my son when submitting I-130 unless I'm filling for spouse only
Ok. However I submitted the passport photo for my son because it is one of the requirements for Immediate Relative I-130 filing.

File separately a petition I-130 for your daughter after your marriage.
I saw the same problem when I print out the form. :( later on, I used Google Chrome to file the from instead of Adobe Reader. It was time consuming
