Yes, that is possible. It is not meant to be used that way so there's no direct switch, but you can play around with the settings and achieve this. What you have to do it just comment out the "water" and "nutrition" part. That removes it from the NUI and it's functionalities. After that you can just set only reward for [0] quality (Since no quality functionalities are enabled now). If you need help with this, the Discord is open.
