About the game:
Instruments of Destruction features an advanced physics-based destruction system. You can demolish every structure in the game piece by piece. In addition, every object you see in the game world--save for small decorative plants and rocks--is part of the physics system. Each element of the world interacts with each other and together they create a physical, visceral world to play with.
Build Your Vehicle
Build a vehicle your way, with an ever-expanding array of parts and pieces. Using an intuitive vehicle construction system that also lets you customize your vehicles' appearance and controls, you'll always have fun creating your next awesome invention.
From simple splitters to advanced joints, a variety of parts slowly unlock as you play through the game, and each unlocks countless new possibilities.
While some vehicles will perform better than others in accomplishing your objectives, it's always a bit more fun to get creative and go a little off script. Optional bonus challenges and objectives will reward more creative builders and add more replayability.

Love the inspiration from "Metal Gear Rising" in the last creation.
The head is clearly blade wolf, and the body is a close approximation as well. :D

Have yet to see an episode with instruments in it.
Play lethal company once in a multiplayer Monday, it'd be so much fun. I don't love scary games but playing this game with friends is amazing.
The first build, the Tricerabot, the transforming tank, and the K-9 were all impressive... but I really wanted to see what the dinosaur bombs would do to buildings. I guess I'll be getting this game when I finally get my new computer... which I can hopefully make happen soon.
That first robot is practically a do it yourself giant mecha anime kit.
Everytime I watch an Instruments Of Destruction video, I always think what would happen if this was real

Robot 16 hits the frame of the buildings out of their structure. That was fun to watch.
the last two were some straight up Zoids and I'm So impressed.
Trailmakers battle idea: 2 Teams, 1 person on each team builds a plane and the other person builds a battleship, planes can repair infinite times and battleship can only repair once, planes have 1 repair once battleship is dead.

honestly all these creations are awesome. That last one ... I think that was an oscillation wave, which is a real thing. Basically you generate a high output soundwaves with (I think) infrasonic sound to create a massive shockwave.

The K9 and Triceratops reminded me of a TV show I watched when I was a kid. Just googled it again and (in the US) it was called Animal Face-Off and aired on Discovery Channel in 2004. It was about a team of mechanics and scientists who built different robotic animals every episode and let them fight to see which one is stronger. Usually the animals would be from the same region so that the fights are only between animals that could actually meet irl.

A dogfight but the other person has to pick 3 features that has to be added to the others vehicle. (Can't be too bad to the point where it makes the plane not useable and two have to atleast be positive or harmless)
