Minerals is what she is saying when she says metallic, don't go for gold first, instead go for black, once you get there white, then the peacocks tail (rainbow), then gold. Take alchemy in steps not all at once. Alchemy is being performed everyday in the Earth all you have to do is have a curious mind and look. My favorite book is the Alchemists Handbook but I have them all. Remember there are both good and bad teachers out there so you have to feel which works for you. The vessel is you, the teacher is Earth and Nature. You're Sage.

Interesting that near the beginning of my transformation from atheist to spiritual, I had a desire to find a meteorite someday and found one within 12 hours of that thought. It is coal black, and I wear it around my neck to remind me of my connection to everything in the universe. Then, I received a gift from a sasquatch I watched for over ten minutes of a white crystal. He broke over a small alder tree and left it in the break. Now I await my peacock feather. This is not a joke, by the way. Most of my teachers are not human.
Reminds me of a potter and clay, pounding, heating, pressing out bubbles, re shaping, breaking down and re forming the clay. The process likened to transmuting and purifying the soul many times over.. eventually the clay becomes glass and so on. The soul rises and changes in its vibrational density of love. I don't have much knowledge of alchemy or metals but I understood everything you were explaining. Goodness.. smart. ✨❤️✨

I experienced this during a kundalini awakening . The energy rushed through my spine in a counter clockwise motion spiralling , it was sublime. When I opened my eyes I could see the material world (the wardobe) had waves running through it and was spiralling in the same manner as my spine was . This is when I realise I had transmuted something within myself . I was deeply heart centered at this time.
You are an esoteric tree that's ripe w the fruit of knowledge, consciously dropping bite size pieces of said fruit that we can easily digest.. Your roots are solidly planted, and so you keep it real and down to 🌎 , which I appreciate.. 💚

What I find funny is how positively youve worded your message, yet it’s still so easy for a Christian for example to look at your analogy of fruit and trees and draw a parallel to the biblical Satan, and assume that you’re “working with the adversary, with thinly-veiled intentions that appear through discernment”, and could come to a completely different conclusion that you’ve intended to convey.
All of this, from the negative programming of dogmatic religion.
Having a difficult time processing all the information the Alchemist shares. Most are unfamiliar to me however I still listen in hopes I will eventually get it.

Feeling greatly revitalized and grateful through your true passion to alchemy. I perceive now how Gaia is also going through an alchemical process by remembering a trail on the volcano Piton de la Fournaise, and smelling the sulfuric gazes in the air, experiencing the vibration of the ground, the heat of lava and the beauty of a pulsating eruption at night.

I used to use the forging swords metaphor. It takes extreme heat to purify, massive pressure to form, and then a slow cooling and perfecting. This could of course apply to the Four Kabbalistic worlds, the Four Elements, Tetragrammaton, etc...but I believe it hits the concept on both a material as well as a spiritual level.

I love how you explained the elements and their relationship to consciousness/matter. Your comment on the animal kingdom being predominantly the fire element was thought-provoking. If you ever feel called to speak about it, I'd be extremely interested in your knowledge of the animal kingdom in a more in-depth form. Such as their purpose, alone and in relation to us, from an esoteric and metaphysical viewpoint. I know you've said they are a density below us, but I'm still unsure what that means in relation to us. I think many of us agree the "normal" human perspective on animals is abusive/degrading. As an animal lover, I'm still a bit confused on the topic of animals from an esoteric/spiritual lens. In any case, I appreciated your videos this week a lot 💗
I had an insight while communing with The Divine Mother that the animals around us are just extensions of our own beings. We bring about, or manifest, their existence in our lives. We do the same for their health and well-being. An animal in distress is a direct message to ourselves to examine ourselves, cleanse ourselves. An animal who is nurtured is also an extension of ourselves as we are to see the purity in the moment, in ourselves, and give thanks to The Mother for what she has done in us, in the world.
I just found out from a ct scan that I have calcification - minimal in my left carotid! I love what you are bringing to my awareness. Somehow I got really lost in the sauce in the last 2 years! Your videos are helping me relax about so many layers of my family's current situation! Thank you Sara and my family thanks you too and I have a lot of fire around me.

Homo Sapiens' preoccupation with improving things is in stark contrast to what I've observed my cat do : although she loves the rustling sound of paper, she will simply ignore a folded newspaper on her favorite armchair and sit somewhere else until I remove this inconvenience to her comfort. I can't help wondering why, especially since her agile paws are fully capable of tossing the paper aside. Humans, on the other hand, seek to improve on things that have barely been completed. Why is this?

Wow, im so glad I found your channel.
The evolutionary process is complex, it takes time for the subconscious mind to forget the trauma of said life. As others do the same, they won’t let you forget either, so some of us are trapped inside of a world that repeats itself from the things we have trouble understanding and the things the soul can’t forget, so we strive to correct them, by using intuition and deja vu of the things we have already seen, and perhaps that is what we call clairvoyance in one’s self. This is just a pattern I see from my experience. Yes, I’ve already been through my spiritual awakening and trying to do better. The more people who can relate to their own problems and certain unwanted situations, the better the world can be.
There are many things that i gno but am not quite able to put into words yet, but thanks to you, you always are able to convey those things to us in a very logical and effective way, therefore helping me become a better teacher and student. Thank you so much!

Man is made up of three parts: spirit, soul, and body...
The spirit or God's ruach as our inmost part is the inner organ's Christos or energy, possessing God-consciousness, that we may contact God (John 4:24; Rom. 1:9).
The soul or magnetism is comprised of our mind, will and emotions, our very self we identify with (cf. Matt. 16:26; Luke 9:25), a medium between our spirit and our body, possessing self-consciousness, that we may have our personality, it's up for grabs by the devil and God so be discerning and choose wisely what you consume or engage in or with.
The body as our external part is the outer organ, possessing world-consciousness, that we may contact the material world.

There's a word when talking about chemistry and alchemy that everyone should study and relate the body, mind, spirit and nature too. The word below will show their is a Truth to a process of ascension.

Another great video. As I let your words wash through me I had a number of inner visions of what you describe bubble up to the surface. Through the heating process or doing our shadow work the light is unlocked from our dark, our seeds become the flower and then the fragrance, our shadows become our gifts and higher essence, we return to our God within us. It has always been there; consciousness is coming back to itself through a new path of experience. I will play with the 4 elements in my creation work. Blessings.
Great video Sara ❤. I started making art paintings of symbols and recording in a note book all these symbols that are unknown. It’s a coding of sorts. It looks a little angelic and there’s some symbols that match the emerald tablets of Thoth it’s very cool. I have to be in a kinda meditation state to write it Almost 3 full pages of symbols. I have written so far. And I started painting it on canvas too from my note book. Looks pretty cool.
Ohhhh, so THAT's why I broke apart every aspect of my life after experiencing a prolonged and blissful peak.
