been looking for this live show version since 88 i seen it as a kid never forgot it they became my favorite band wish my hair could be like that too as a kid
like marley im so so sorry that it took me so lomng to notice both of you but wiloie ynch kept us again from u roots our local radio did not play yall so im so so sorry
Steel pulse need to play like they use to back in 79 n them times... now they too predictable like the repertoires are controlled... free up the music they were more creative in the past... love the band..r.i.p to grizzly a wicked bad drummer... real tight his phrases were phenomenal...
I have serious doubts about that video from being done in 1985, I was at Sunsplash 85 and while Steel Pulse did play there was certainly no video screen to the (viewers) left. Regardless....great British roots vibe.
Bow bow bow!! Gunshot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Murder tune....which reggae artist can top this performance????Only the likes of BMarley Peter Tosh, Jacob Miller, Aswad, Third World. Bunny Wailer. Lucky Dube, Dennis Brown. Big Youth, Junior Delgado - no one else! This group is DYNAMIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTEEEEEE!!!!!!!!
@InfidelMC Bob actually said that? Gee! Question - how old is Steel Pulse? The Wailers were great innovators of rythyms....also Third World. I'd give Third World the nod over Pulse Brothers...but not withstanding this incredible ryhtym. Peace...
