Tales of the Collard” 1

So here I’m fantasizing about Southern-Style Collards Greens 🥬 mom way. It’s my first time ever making this vegetable and from what I was told or how I saw mom make it I am sure if I can get it right. For starters it takes forever to cook. Anyway let’s give it a go.
