You can follow this link (trailhead.salesforce.com/search?keywords=testing) in order to explore more about testing in salesforce.
Please Note : As such there is no specific badge that is present which is totally pointing to testing in salesforce is not available (exclusing Unit Testing).
And as per experience and perception will stringly recommend you to practice in your salesforce personal org that is associated with your Trailhead Account you can practice there.
Say for example : Insertion, Updation and Deletion Scenario on different objects stuff like that.
And In order to perform the backend testing on salesforce you must be aware of SQL , In salesforce SOQL and SSQL is performed.
