Shushmita ji, your Rice Water remedy was really helpful. Let me share my story with you. Since the pandemic hit, I experienced severe hair fall of 140-170 strands per day. I tried various remedies like serums, oils, capsules, and gummies, but nothing seemed to work. After extensive research, I made some changes in my lifestyle. Firstly, I added protein-rich foods to my diet while reducing my intake of white flour and sugar. Secondly, I did warm-up exercises to increase blood circulation. Lastly, I switched to Littleextra Cocoonion Natural shampoo and Hair oil to control hair fall. Following these changes, I now lose only 10-15 strands per day, which is normal. @@shalinikant1198 shampoo ko balonpar direct apply nahi karna chahiye. 1 bowl rice ko 2-3 pani se saaf dhoke lijiye.fir use vahi 3 bowl pani me vo rice rakhiye.dhyan rakhe vo airtight bartan ho.aur vo pani pure 40 se 48 hours usi pani me rake..baal dhote vakt shampoo me thoda usme se(3-4 spoon) rice water milaye.fir shampoo kare aur 5 min rehene de fir normal water se dhole.aur conditioners ke jagah rice water use kare because ye root se leke tips tak useful h. Aur rice water balopar dalne ke band 15 se 20 min rehene de.fir bas balopar 1 bar hi pani daliye (normal water ) bas.isse condishning bhi hogi aur hair growth bhi hogi..week me at list 3 time for better results
