A part of a forest from which people collect sap is called a sugar bush . It's not like an orchard. The only way to tell it from any other part of the forest is that in the spring the larger maple trees have spigots and either buckets or hoses attached.

We tend to call smaller uniform wooded areas ... bush lots or simply the "bush" . For instance we would go to the maple bush. Larger stands of assorted trees would be described as woods and forests - like Britain. We tend not to have moors, fens or dales.

Mapple butter is simply baked maple syrup that you then beat to mix it with air thats it
We mostly use it as a spread for toasts but can be used as icing for sweets like donuts and cake

Most people call where they tap the trees, and boil down the maple sap into syrup, a Sugar Farm. The building with the boiling pots is The Sugar Shack.
(Not all maple trees are good for syrup, you have to have Sugar Maples)
Either the light is 'really' bright.
    Or someone's 'really' stoned.
    (or both?)
(or maybe Mike just forgot his glasses and is trying to read something)

So maple syrup is always free. :) You don't need to purchase maple syrup butter and sugar, just cook it. Homemade always better. You just need 1 ingredient: maple syrup and just need to boil it on the right temperature and whipping it.

The way the english pronounce Poutine, is so innocent and cute. ^_^
Pronunciation of the french word poutine (from a french canadian). A trick, say these two words at loud: Poo Teen.
Most of our vowels aren't connect with the consonants. In that case, you ghave problems with the «out» and the «tine»
First: OU is pronounce as your OO.
In french, OUT is pronounce as OO, not like your «out».
Between the U and the T, the sound is mute. Pou (Poo).
Then the pronounciation of -Tine must sound as Teen. Poutine

LaCrossian it's actually pronounced more like put-tin in Montréal where it originated. Her first attempt was actually VERY close but most people end up calling it "pooh-teen" anyways.

Maple Butter IS just... yeah. Nothing quite like it.
As for the crisps; you didn't get Ketchup flavour ;..; But I think you would generally like it; and the Coffee Crisp is a remarkably hard chocolate bar. Moreso than any other I have tried.
