    What is Hypnosis?
    Hypnosis helps create a trance state which is a natural state that everyone experiences. It is commonly felt as deep relaxation or focused attention; just like when we’re completely absorbed in a movie, a book or even daydreaming. When you’re deeply focused, you’re less aware of your surroundings, and in this state, our unconscious mind is more open to positive suggestions that can change our life in very beneficial ways.
    Hypnosis has many varied health benefits including assisting with anxiety, generalised anxiety, improving sleep, deepening healing, developing confidence, enhancing performance, becoming more calm and centred - and so much more.
