My headlight on my vl800 is shaking all over the place when i ride and I can't figure out how to make it stop. Their is a clip that doesn't seem to want to hold it and when I took it apart it had a spring like wire in the bottom fell out, who knows where that goes.
How does this headlight clip onto the bowl housing?

Hey genius, how about actually showing how to unclip the white connector instead of just saying oh just disconnect it. When you do a how to video, actually show how to do it not just have it already done and then say just do it.

Hey East; you just pull up on the long clip portion and slide them apart. Its not a squeeze one like the cars its a pull up then apart. Hope this helped.

Also, for anyone else who was confused like me, the little metal clips pull straight apart. Just remove the rubber wrapping and grip the metal parts (don't pull on the wires) gently and firmly. They will eventually slip out.
