I'm in your "1 load/day" camp for laundry! I recently made a change on the way I get it done: I swapped the washing in the evening, drying in the morning to the reverse: washing in the morning, drying in the evening. I'm in a hurry in the morning and monitoring the dryer was slowing me down. Now I put a load on in the morning and put it in to dry when I get home from work. By bedtime, that load is done, dry & hung up/put away.

I went to HomeGoods today and was looking at all the beautiful Christmas decorations. There were so many beautiful pieces that I wanted to buy. I had placed several in my cart. As I was walking through the store, I put most of the items back. I did however buy a few and now I am thinking I don't even need them. I am deep cleaning my home from top to bottom. If I do not use them, I will return them. I think I need to keep out of the stores. My home is extremely organized with all custom closets. My children are grown so I don't have a lot of clutter but now after seeing this video it made me realized I should of not purchased them.
What a great feeling. Is there one item that's your favorite you want to keep, or did you decide to return them all. I did something similar at Costco yesterday.

Great Ideas - i will sit down and journal out my values in life. When life gets very busy and everyone wants something from me, i find it hard to prioritize and say no… I really want to get better at it and be more authentic 😊
I say, Let me think about it. Then I run through my internal list of values. I created the list on paper, then visualized them together as actions. Now I remember them easily. Just say, I just don’t have the energy/bandwidth for that just now.

If I wash clothes daily my kids wear the same 2 or 3 fav outfits on repeat. I had to adjust to one person’s laundry per day. And when they’re old enough, they took over that day and did their own!

A steam mop is not suitable for wooden floors. It will destroy them. You might want to warn people not to use them on wooden floors.
