      A few years ago, I wanted to leave South Africa, but I came to my senses, this is a place of opportunity. Safety is my only concern here, everything else is absolute bliss, we are so blessed with such an amazing country and people. We are rich in culture and nobody can take that away from us, our heritage is embedded in our blood. God bless South Africa, we love this place.....

    Hi Vellie. I love your content, always so inspiring and interesting, and so, so right. Village life is so peaceful and mostly stress-free compared to urban life. Yes city life has its advantages and perks, but unfortunately they do come at a price. So much stress and too fast paced also overcrowded, it's unsettling to say the least.
    Having grown in the city for most of my life , I did experience farm life during school holidays and absolutely loved it as well as admiring the peace and slow pace of the rural areas along the way. Thanks for bringing these wonderful opportunities to our attention. I just need to know how to go about acquiring rural land . I'm guessing you're able to point the way forward for anyone interested in going in this direction.

    • @VelileLifestyleDecorTV
      @VelileLifestyleDecorTV  Před 2 lety +1

      I am sure that is possible you just have to start now identifying where you want to stay and build or start business if you are South African and than approach the chief there. Finding out who is a chief in what village, you can get that information from the local municipality closer to the village. Somebody must be dealing with tribal authority queries. I hope that helps. As for interviewing chiefs, I will sure do that in future just to get their views on so many matters that people may want to know about. 🙏🏾❤️

      Congratulations on your start of a great career. A lot of builders in rural areas in South Africa are self taught and never went to school for building. Some of them make mistakes on the technicalities in building. Your opportunities start there. You can open and register a company or foundation to help rural masons with building courses. A lot of private companies will fund you if you present your case well. We need that in rural areas. You can also direct your services to helping people who are or want to build houses in rural areas. Put your adverts on every cashbuid hardware stores in your targeted areas. Do you also know that cashbild hardware also provides loans for building material if you buy with them. You can start by building a relationship with them to support your initiatives. Lastly in rural areas most people build sand bricks near rivers and sell them. You can look at that business too and distribute to hardware stores in village small towns. All the best. 🙏🏾❤️
