I have mine about 2 months & loved it in the begging BUT I cut 2 sheets of 300 gsm card stock & now have Raghu edges as the blade is gone blunt already. I cleaned out the channel to blade goes along but no luck. To an OAP like myself this is a big disappointment 😢and it wasn’t cheap. I make my own cards from 300 gsm card stock all the time. I don’t want to use the spare blade yet as I live in Ireland & it is hard to get deliveries here from England sad 😢
I'm sorry to hear that. I find that my blades last about as long as similar style blades in other paper trimmers. I use it for cutting most of my cardstock and patterned papers (except for tutorial videos since the trimmer is so large). I use a separate blade for cutting more specialty cardstock so as to not dull it too quickly on items like glitter cardstock or chipboard.
I Just unboxed mine and I find it is really hard to trim cardstock under 2 1/5 inches. The markings are so faint that it literally took me 15 minutes to find them! But I am excited to have an envelope and tag maker all-in-one.
Oh no! I hadn't really noticed that but they are a little harder to see huh? I don't make a lot of cuts that small, it's usually cutting a small amount off a larger piece - for example I measure 8 inches to trim off 1/2 inch.
I agree, under 3/4 inches is IMPOSSIBLE because there are NO markings under that. Also the arm to push against to score with is wobbly so you can’t score straight either.
I'm disappointed in the cutting. It smashes the paper downward on the edge and not a smooth cut. For the price the cut should be perfect and not an edge that you can feel.
Hey there, Yes 12x12 paper can be used on the Scoring Board & Trimmer. the base of the tool has scorelines and a Fold 'n' Form Tool is also included so you can create scorelines for boxes, envelopes, bags, rosettes and more.
What are the increment measurements on the scoring board, ex: 1/8 1/16? Also, can this board fit a 12 12 inch paper without the paper hanging over the edge of the board?

Thank you for sharing this tool, I love it for my crafts. Thank you!!
Absolutely! This is by far my favorite tool right now!

I find the blades dull after a few uses and start leaving dragged edges. I can hardly get through a few pieces of cardstock and the blades are shot.
I just got one. I don’t recommend it at all. It’s not a good product.
Really? I'm loving mine! What about it do you not like?

I agree, overpriced and not satisfactory in many ways. I personally wish I hadn't wasted my money.
Would have liked to know the measurements ie what size paper fits 12x12 or how you score with the tool

Hey, the measuring increments are 1/16ths, and yes the board fits 12x12 paper 😄
