Unfortunately, though, the government and the Sports Ministrt has spent no effort or money on the stadium that once hosted the highest-attended second-tier football game in the world according to Guinness World Records. I suspect it is entirely down to the fact that the majority of us İzmirians do not vote for them. There will be local elections in 8 days' time. Let's see what happens.
