I hear lot of good simple topics that those girls should understand but didn't like it. So yah they are good on actually teaching the young girls and women what the men want from women that these days women always complain about what do guys want and need from women.

I was told it was very safe. I am now 46 years old. Struggled with getting pregnant and am blessed to have a teenage daughter that I gave birth to at the age of 31 but never had any other children. I was also told by my current OB/GYN that I am lucky to be alive and to have my daughter. I have a genetic blood clotting disorder and birth control should have killed me, but the doctor I had at 21 pushed it. Instead of offering love or empathy to the girl, saying im sorry to hear that,

Saying All Lives Matter and White Lives Matter while at the same time proclaiming Black Lives don’t Matter isn’t necessarily genuine love. It’s racism and ignorance of the highest order. Don’t Black lives fall under all lives? So then why would she be opposed to BLM if she truly feels all Iices matter? I don’t see her question the goal of Blue Cross, for instance, even though those foundations have NEVER really helped. Hell, they were STEALING money from the Haiti earthquake relief fund, HILARY, WYCLEF JEAN, it was a whole scandal. Why is she so quick to hop on the White Lives Matter train but won’t even consider Black Lives Matter? She’s trash. You definitely shouldn’t follow her.

Started because I was fired from my job and had a 2 year old daughter. However one day sitting in the dressing room alone, which was weird in itself, God literally told me to walk out. I did. My life has totally changed. Met my husband at my new job. Of course there’s way more detail that’s to long to tell here, but I’ve seen so much and I would never wish that life in anyone. So many of these red pill shows are structured in such a way to dunk on the women they invite. Some find that entertaining and itll certainly get views, but it doesnt move the needle. No progress is made from that. I appreciate how you went on this show and actually heard their stories and listened to understand and to be an example of what happens when you choose other acenues. There are a lot of "Kaylas" out there who never wanted this life and need to be rescued. Thanks for being a light.

The whole premise of the show is to reveal what modern women think about men. It may not be as much value to you ladies but to men this is valuable information. Because this is a Man's show. Watch a few episodes and ask yourself this question.. Do women really deserve the respect they demand. Because shows like fresh and fit proves that women have no respect for men at all. To them men are just an ATM/wallet. Candice is The Last of a Dying Breed and she proved it on that show.

However, the hosts of this show annoy me. Their immaturity when the young lady was explaining her story was so disrespectful….their facial expressions to each other, the obnoxious eye rolling, etc. just made me feel as if they brought those women on that show to judge them, solely. News flash: everyone has a story and everyone goes through tough seasons in their lives where they may have made some questionable decisions. But people can change. I have so much respect for the young lady for telling her story despite them, because her story can help someone else that may consider going down a similar path.

I am a new subscriber and at first i was not sure if Candace was being wildly sarcastic or serious but turns out she really cares about these women (O.F girls). Kayla - bless her soul for being so open and honest, deserves love and respect just like any other women and i hope that one day she can be a real role model to her child in a way that she herself did not have growing up.
We are living in a deeply broken and wicked world where women feel inclined to sell their souls that way and unfortunately encourage younger women to do the same who feel as though there is no other way. But the sentiment Candace shared essentially about "Time reveals Truth" (thanks so much for that story btw) and that there IS a way out to a more edifying and fulfilling life. I pray these girls/women recognise their value is not in their sexual appeal but simply an intrinsic value by being made in the image of God.
We are in desperate need of unconditional love that is real and true and i hope these women can use their experience and stories in a way to encourage meaningful change.

I believe that’s a huge issue with normalizing sex and that’s why it’s easy for these ladies to fall into that. Not only growing up in a house of faith, but also a house with RULES. Because believe it or not, things also can get messy in faithful homes. That’s why rules are important.
I remember my mom always told me and my sister: don’t you ever dare to bring a boyfriend home. You can only date after 15 and you can only have a boyfriend after you’re 18. Some ppl may be chocked with this, but my mom knew the environment we grew up in, she knew the importance on that to help us focus on the right things and to have maturity. I can count on one finger those childhood friend who were not early moms and messed up their future lives. All the other droped out of high school, had a bunch of kids, lost their childhood and their vitality for doing things out of their time.
America has a huge problem with pornography, some ppl even call soft porn, I just call it pornography. I don’t like Facebook and other social media I’m more into CZcams and that’s it! Because it’s just so easy to stumble in pornography on fb that is mind blowing. Not to mention ads and all across media outlets.
So, unfortunately these ppl just like men who are addicted to porn and victims and the families need to grow strong, perceive these traps in society and really do something and create a stronger foundation for future generations.

You've been through rough times in your early years, you've seen what the 304 life brings in both the short term and the long term with first hand experience, you genuinely care about and have hope for these women even if they're living a life of degeneracy, and above all else you have your head on straight. I think Candace brings perspective to the world of conversation that reminds a lot of people that it is perfectly okay to have the feelings and thoughts about disagreeing with what the media is trying to force on everyone!
In the past I wondered what came first the chicken or the egg? But now I’m certain we as consumers of entertainment are followers and did not create the what we are consuming!
This thought first came to mind when my gay co-worker informed me about the triangles and the circles….. one shape had control until the other shape figured out how to take over !

I was nervous about the Fresh and Fit podcast because I know that they don’t have an excellent reputation, especially when it comes to talking to women who are hoes, prostitutes, or sex workers. And honestly, I think it’s all about your approach. If you have the approach that you’re going to be judgmental and heartless, you won’t come across as somebody who genuinely cares. I feel like when I used to watch fresh and fit. Some of their takes on women were not kind. Or some of the takes would be like men can sleep with all these women and not be seen as a hoe. Personally, my take is if you sleep with a lot of people, you are hoe regardless, no matter the gender. To me, it just seemed like they were judging women but did not understand their backgrounds. I feel like having Candace on the show just brought a unique take to that show. Even on the faces of the men, you can tell that they were low-key judging, but Candace was just so open-minded, understanding, and non-judgmental about Kayla when she shared her story. And I think that’s the type of mentality that you should have, especially when you are interviewing or talking to people who don’t have are didn’t have a perfect life or if you know that they’re doing a job that’s not good. And I hope these ladies can one day change their lives and do fine, God. I believe what Candace said was true: you can turn your life around.

I really appreciate that you invite people that you know have different opinions than yours to your show, it's a real open debate, and not a one sided narrative. Also you were very nice to the women in the Fresh and Fit show, sometimes I see clips of these types of podcasts, and the hosts can be too harsh to the guests, it feels like they were invited to be made fun of, however, when you were in the show it seemed more like you were exposing their world as flawed, while also trying to help them and encourage them to change for the better. Respect.

I usually hate that podcast and think it’s pathetic but the way you tried to foster a level of understanding and empathy for the woman on the show in that moment was refreshing. I mean you didn’t then have to turn and label them as “hoes” but whatever at least you weren’t like those other “men” who really invite these girls on to just look down on them and clown as if they’re any better than them. I think it’s funny for as much jargon people like Fresh & Fit spit about “promiscuous women” they surely aren’t seen cuffed up with traditional housewives lmao. I really don’t get annoyed by much but seeing them make mocking faces while a girl was telling her story honestly and being open about her experiences not even trying to glorify them but rather tell her side was really low even for them. I know it seems bare minimum but I appreciated that you actually took the time to encourage and understand that young woman in bettering her situation through things such as sobriety instead of passively mocking her like those men did… as if they don’t facilitate a dynamic that creates problems like that for young women lmao. This is just why I cannot stand them honestly

You were arguably one of their best episodes along with the ones where they had Tate on. Although I do not watch them often because I feel a little degenerate watching the types of women that end up coming on, I do appreciate Myron and the podcast for teaching me that I should not be ashamed of my masculinity. I remember pretending that I was bisexual in college just to score brownie points with people, even though the idea of being intimate with a man made my skin crawl. But I felt “prejudiced” or “oppressive” for being straight. I appreciate people like Myron and Candace who have shown me a more sane alternative that makes people’s lives better 🙏
