Good job brother. Imma just give u an advise work on softening your hands cause the client shouldn't feel the cone nor the machine in 5 ear or when fading do it smooth enough that the skin doesn't stretch. But overall good fade good technique. God bless

@@ulyssesjimenez6513 Trimmer cut grade is 00 clipper grade is 0. There isn’t much of a difference. Fading is etched through POV . You use a mirror that’s away from you to see the blend and it’s shape, and one closer to see the transition.
Thank you for this! My son is mixed and has some serious curls. I can't find anyone to fade him out without trying to "edge him up". He has a cow lick, so trying fo do his edges is tricky. I have started cutting his hair myself, but i cant do a fade. This is gking to help me a lot.

I fade the same but skip the 2 and skip the 1 guards. 1 1/2 open is higher than that 2 and really all you need for a nice contrast. Then the .5 blends out the 1 anyways so I don't even use it.
