Possibly but people act like OKC wasn't literally on par with the warriors and Cavs.
Westbrook and KD were literally just peaking and Adams was getting better.
They really were only missing one shooter.
Which at the time was harder to get but even without that shooter they were on par with The warriors and Cavs so it's entirely possible OKC would have won 1 or 2 chips after 2016.
