Air France continues to implement actions to promote diversity and equal opportunities and works on a daily basis to foster an inclusive work environment.
Our main actions:
- Promoting diversity at all levels and in all sectors of the company,
- Supporting the professional integration of people with disabilities,
- Providing young people from local vicinities with training and employment opportunities,
- Creating a more inclusive environment for LGBT+ staff,
- Promoting measures to accompany seniors through the second half of their career,
- Raising awareness among staff about stereotypes and unconscious biases,
Developing managers’ awareness of inclusive management.
