I have so many memories of listening to k-os' albums. This was different from what I knew him for back then but I still loved it. Whoever said that if this was released today it would have been a hit is absolutely right. He and this song deserve more praise.
K-os is a great artist. He is Canadian. What allot of people don't know is he is a major drunk. He is notorious for showing up for shows loaded out of his mind and barley able to speak when he hits the stage. Allot of his songs are about or related to his constant struggle with alcoholism. Every Day is Saturday Night, The Man I should Be, Rise Like the Sun. All those songs are ways he expresses his struggle.
K-Os is amazing, so versatile and refreshing. This tune is so addictive and uplifting but strangely moving as well. Maybe it's how he sings it. He's one of the most impressive artist's from across the Atlantic I've come across in the past few years. It's a crime he's not better known. Only recently discovering him and what a pity! I wish I'd known of him earlier. But never too late. His latest album 'Yes!' is fantastic, people. A must-have.

I've been rockin Atlantis since 2007 and never knew K os had Videos for the Amazing songs from that Album! Originally came across that Album at my local record shop. At the time, I had never heard of them and I took a chance and bought it, that has backfired many times, lol...really glad I did that though for this one!
