Updated Scentsy Storage (and what I used to use)

- Hey friends! Today I wanted to share some new Scentsy storage that I recently picked up for a TV console that I purchase a few years ago. I loved this cabinet because of the storage options it provided. However, it took me quite some time to find the perfect baskets to use to organize my bars. How do you store your Scentsy products? What I used to use (these are all great because even if the bars do melt on you, the mess will be completely contained and easier to clean up):

Looks good. You might want to hot glue some felt pads to the bottom of the baskets so they don't scratch up the cabinet. They will slide in and out of the cabinet better also.

I store my bars in my basement and I just use the larger Scentsy Whiff boxes to store them. I can fit about 40 bars in one box and I’m happy I’m able to repurpose something 🙌🏻

You said it. If things are neat & tidy & clean things just feel so much better easier to keep things organized. My mom always cleaned the house made beds did laundry at the crack of dawn. She said a clean house is a cool house meaning on a hot summer day the house would be cooler no central air back in the day. A fan was a treat lol.
Absolutely!! I go in fits of not minding the collection and then being like, this is unacceptable. I think my periodic cleanouts of home fragrance help. And my friends and sister in law Tanner love me for it haha! I sent my SIL a pic of the pile and she was like AWESOME lol! Not sure my brother appreciates it but you know what, that guy was a pain in the butt when we were little so it has it come lol.
Having my things organized makes me happy.
Oh same! It feels wonderful to have things tidy and neat. Chaotic messes stress my brain out lol!
Thank u for this video , I always want everything organized , have so many ideas but never have energy or time to do it , time off I'm just so tired and lazy ! But my "Scentsy cabinet" I store all my business supplies , bags , sample supplies etc plus my stock , I have two black Rubbermaid containers with lids from Marshalls for wax that are completely full , then all my counter cleans , laundry stuff , products for samples etc ! I definitely needs new system , I would like to organize my own stash then have a separate for samples, customers gifts & stuff etc ! This video helps give me some motivation! Thanks u Melanie!
Having an organized space helps me so much when I am working. I used to get super overwhelmed when I was doing flowers and I was not cleaning up after myself as I went lol. My brain does not handle messy chaos well haha! I hope you can get a space put together for yourself that makes you feel efficient!
Thanks for the inspiration! I just ordered baskets from Target for my tv cabinet. Won’t be used for Scentsy as I keep my bars in other baskets elsewhere. Such a great idea!

Wonderful! Costco really does have some nice credenzas when they get them in! Every year I see another one I want lol. Craig has cut me off however haha!

I just realized this was the credenza I wanted when it came out at Sam's club but in a teal ish color matches my teal decor etc ! I loved it but had just got a new TV stand and didn't have room for bot

Oh this totally give me all the good organizing feels! I have mine in clear plastic containers similar to your pink ones. I have an open basket for a handful or so’s worth of wax-what I think I want to melt for the near future. I keep it all in an ikea billy size bookcase cabinet.

I love the look of that basket! I use white boxes with lids I got from Michaels years ago that match my office. I store my bars flat though because my mom has had oils leaks from her bars in the past. I love your new setup! There's nothing more gratifying than pretty storage :)

That looks so nice! My Homeworx collection is in my cabinets on either side of the TV, so I currently have my spring/summer Scentsy bars in an old mail cabinet in my guest room closet. I can get three bars to each mail slot. My fall/winter bars are stored in a chest of drawers in my master closet organized by fragrance - apple in the top, pumpkin 2nd, cranberry/spice 3rd, fresh 4th. My master closet smells SOOOO good, but I think I'll try to use the shoebox containers in the drawers if they'll fit nicely.
It must smell so good around the cabinet. I store mine in an armour in containers.

Cool storage method! I have some of those Blue hyacinth baskets...8 so far. I got them from Pier One Imports before they went to a complete online store. I love them and I use them to store my vendor wax. You say you found yours at Target? I'll have to check that out. I do want more of them. Pier One doesn't carry them anymore.
when it comes to my Scentsy bars, though, I have a totally different method of storage. I recently discovered that I'm one of those people who don't do well when it comes to intricate storage ideas. I'm more of a macro storage person. for instance some people have wonderful storage of their cooking spices with a nicely organized spice rack with matching bottles of spices alphabetized and labels all facing forward. Yeah, can't do it. My cooking spices are in huge loc & Loc containers and they are braille labeled, but they're just stacked in the little storage pantry all willy nilly. the ones I use often are on one shelf and the others are on shelves that aren't so easily reached, but still kind of at hand. That works for me.
My Scentsy bars are stored in these collapsible storage ottomans that I picked up from QVC. the material is natural and the ottomans hold allot...I'm gonna guess about 150 bars. It's dark in there and they are kept on the floor in my office and usually heat rises so no juicy bars for me. I have approx 4 of those...all full. I'm working on one now which has bars from 2019 in it. I don't use any other organizing plan. I grab an ottoman and fill it up with bars until there's no more room and then I move on to the next one. Each ottoman is braille labeled with a letter from the alphabet though. so I have ottoman A thru D. I'm working on C now. other bars are stored in 4 of these cute wooden drawers that are compartmented and have sliding tops so you can stack them. Scentsy was selling these a few years ago. They're full and keep the bars in a nice temp controlled dark place. Then lastly cause I ran out of storage units, I store the rest of my bars in the big box that I got when I signed up for Scentsy with my business kit in it. I'm not even gonna think about how many that thing holds. It's also on the floor of the office under the window. I have another box like that that my air fryer came in and it's filled with bars as well. weird collection of storage, but it works for me.
My bricks are stored in a shelving unit for shoes or purses. it sits on the shelf in my closet and holds quite a few bricks in each little section. There are at least nine sections, but they aren't all filled.

Yes, I linked everything I mentioned in the description box. They are wonderfully made. I am super impressed for the price. Very sturdy. I think whatever works best for you and makes getting to things easy is the way to go. I tend to get a really overwhelmed feeling when I don't have things in their exact places. Its funny because my daughter is the polar opposite. She actually works better when things are a bit more all over the place. It sounds like you have the perfect situation for you. The ottoman is a great idea! Kind of does double duty. Love it!
