Chili honey is a popular side for pizza in the US, I have had it here also in the PH. At good pizza restaurants the ovens are usually cooking your pizza at 600F (315.5C) The food looks delicious! Thanks for the video!

I will be more civilize if I’m eating with my right hand. I love the dough of that pizza popping up around the edges but I don’t like pepperoni or salami. I only love mushrooms pizza or loaded vegetables pizza. Wow 🤩 the cappuccino. I’m waiting for the Tiramisu 😋

Hi Marshall, great videos!!! As a Melbournian Filipino, it would be interesting to get your thoughts and insight on the best coffee in Makati. Last I went, I recall the latte's incl long life milk but I'd imagine fresh milk is hard to get.
Mate, try the Antipodean in Legazpi Village. They use real milk and they roast and source their own beans. Owned by an intrepid New Zealander.

not sure if they put chili honey on their pizzas in Italy..
Just did a quick Google search. It would seem that an American guy named Mike Kurtz brought the idea back to the States after seeing it in Brazil as an exchange student. He now makes and sells ... you guessed it... Mike's Chili Honey.
I found the place too small to be wowed by Amano and to justify the price point if the steep price would be based on ambience. if based on food quality, it's justified. But I still prefer Caruso Ristorante Italiano also in Makati which is authentic Italian, and Cibo, owned by the mom of the owner of A Mano.

Nice video but as you probably know, no honey chili or chili oil on pizza and not much usage of silverware either in Italy when eating pizza!
When I was Italy you would buy pizza buy the weight (un Eta? 100 grams) is that still the way it's done?

Been there and spent around $30... Food was forgettable... Overpriced and overhyped.. the ingredients and labor to make that pizza is valued at 200 pesos or $4 at the max.. for them to charge a 500 pesos or $10 markup is criminal...

BEST THING TO DO IN BORACAY ISLANDS.
