7.3 EBPV Closed with High Idle & 5" Straight Pipe

Warming up my early 99 7.3 Powerstroke with the EBPV closed and Beans Diesel Performance High Idle setting. MBRP 5 inch straight pipe. It warms up REALLY fast this way, but the neighbors don't like me... It's crazy loud! This video was recorded on an iPhone so it doesn't do it justice. Thanks for watching!

What was the switch near ignition. The small toggle. Was it a manual control for the ebpv
